Challenge:

Retailer wanted to create awareness and drive purchase during the holiday season.

Solution:

Active purchased the previous Spring’s women’s apparel in Trade Credit at full wholesale value. All products were contracted to be sold domestically and internationally through approved channels. Client committed to purchase media and additional areas through Active for a combination of Cash and Trade Credit.

Execution:

Active, working with the client’s agency, executed a six week campaign on Instagram which targeted potential customers based on purchase behavior, user interests demographics and first party data. Additional media outlets were purchased including: Print, OOH, Digital, Local TV.

Benefits:

  • Client received full market value for underperforming assets
  • Media placement according to established guidelines
  • The Instagram campaign generated 1,659 web actions, close to 5,000 checkouts and more than $450K in sales
