IN NO EVENT WILL ACTIVE’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS

links are provided solely as a convenience to you. Active has no control over, and assumes no

By using the Site, you expressly relieve Active from any and all liability arising from your use of any

Active, our users, or any third party.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will
continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not
be considered a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or additional terms published
on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Active regarding your use of the Site.
