Arlene Quiñones: Cynopsis 2025 Top Women in Media Honoree

We’re pleased to announce that Arlene Quiñones, Active’s Associate Media Director, Digital Solutions, was named a 2025 Cynopsis Top Women in Media Honoree!

Arlene was recognized in the “Directors Who Do It All” category, which honors the exceptional achievements of female leaders across the evolving media landscape.

Arlene manages our largest digital businesses with patience and enthusiasm. She works with each client to ensure that their specific needs are met, offering tailored solutions that achieve their goals and maximize the efficient use of their Trade Credits. Most importantly, Arlene leads by example for her team, setting a high standard for innovative ideas, accuracy, responsiveness, and overall client service.

I’ve had the unique pleasure of working with Arlene for her entire 9+ year tenure at Active International. I often describe Arlene as having “infectious enthusiasm”; it’s one of her superpowers. Once you hear how excited Arlene is about something, you can’t help but feel the same way. 

Arlene has established herself as a knowledgeable resource, not just for digital media, but across other media types, and at Active overall. Clients, agency partners, and media owners all reach out to her regularly to get her point of view on a given topic, a trend, or news in the marketplace. She is happy to share her perspective, helping to further create and build relationships in the industry. Reliability and confidence are difficult to teach, but Arlene has mastered them and is delivering what’s best for our clients and our company day in and day out.
